You know what's annoying? Finding a great product online and then getting to the checkout and discovering it has crazy high shipping costs. We hate unexpected costs like that so all of our items ship for $5. Transparent, affordable shipping. As it should be.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We know you're excited to receive your product so we try to process orders quickly. Expect your order to be processed and in the mail within 2 business days. Modifying and canceling an order is not a problem if it's done before processing. Please contact us at hello@nectrbrand.com for any order modifications.

SHIPPING SPEED

The global supply chain is in a pickle right now but we're pushing through to get you your products. We currently ship our Cactus Coolers using the USPS First Class Package service and this typically sees deliveries 1 to 3 business days after the ship date.

 Our towels currently ship directly from the print shop in Georgia where they are produced. This means that they will arrive in a separate package from our other products. We've done this to help reduce costs so we can offer you a more affordable custom towel. Towels typically arrive 5 business days after you place your order.

We've found shipping can take an extra day or two during holidays and hurricanes so please plan accordingly!
